Tradicionalmente, el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico es un proceso que trata los recortes de perforaci\u00f3n, pero los estudios han encontrado que no elimina los contaminantes t\u00f3xicos. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, los cient\u00edficos han buscado productos de tratamiento alternativos.<\/p><p>Una variedad de estudios (Conner &amp; Hoeffner, 1998; Opete et al., 2010) examinaron c\u00f3mo la encapsulaci\u00f3n como proceso de conversi\u00f3n de desechos produce una entidad con integridad estructural que es compatible para almacenamiento, vertedero o reutilizaci\u00f3n. Como resultado, los contaminantes no pueden influir o interferir con el proceso de desarrollo del concreto (Hogg &amp; Koop, 2010). La estabilizaci\u00f3n ocurre de cinco maneras: los compuestos org\u00e1nicos vol\u00e1tiles son capturados por <a href=\"https:\/\/antenchem.com\" rel=\"noopener\">tamizado molecular<\/a>; los compuestos org\u00e1nicos no vol\u00e1tiles se adsorben en la superficie de los granos de zeolita; <a href=\"https:\/\/zeolitemin.com\/es\/zeolite-applications\/absorbent-adsorbent\/heavy-metal-removal\/\">metales pesados<\/a> quedan atrapados por el intercambio de iones; <a href=\"https:\/\/zeolitemin.com\/es\/zeolite-applications\/radioactive-waste-encapsulation\/\">radioactivo<\/a> los cationes quedan atrapados por el intercambio de iones; los metales son inmovilizados por los enlaces de hidr\u00f3geno de los oxianiones (Hogg &amp; Koop, 2001).<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/zeolitemin.com\/es\/zeolite-science\/what-is-the-best-zeolite\/\">Zeolita natural<\/a> absorbe hidrocarburos libres al contacto (Hogg &amp; Koop, 2001).
